Resolved Question: Post Office?

Hi. I went to the Post Office in Glenview, IL. I have a change of address. Then I got a letter to say to verify. I call the number to try to verify. The girl answered very fast and was very rude and assume things. I try to tell her that I have to verify but she don't care. And she made a scene. On my way to the Post Office, I was flicked off by many drivers! :-(((( So, what do I do? Is it verified? How do I check? I went online website for Post Office but no help. Please help.
